We do all sorts of things to keep well:
A new group on a Monday. If you like Strictly Come Dancing, you will love our dance group! Even if you've never done it before, you will soon get into the swing with us!
What a great way to keep fit! It's a bit like boxing but we don't hit anybody! We usually do it on a Thursday.
Come and make some nice food that's good for you too! We talk about foods we like and don't like. We think about how to eat more healthy food. And how to eat less things that are bad for you! We try out new foods too.
