We have been very focussed on the mental wellbeing of all our members during the Covid pandemic, working hard to improve both their digital skills and access to all our online sessions so that members can benefit from the activities on offer. Many of the sessions directly help support a healthy wellbeing and they are just lots of fun too! From cooking to art, social events, disco nights and exercise.

Now more than ever, it’s important we make time for ourselves. Many of our favourite activities may be restricted due to Covid so finding time and keeping up with anything that we can still do will help us stay mentally well and robust.

As part of #WMHD2020 we asked some of our members what they most enjoy doing that helped their mental health. We could all recognise that taking part in the things we enjoy helps us to destress, takes our minds off any worries, lifts our mood and reduces anxiety.

Our simple message to everyone this World Mental Health Day is to try and do more of the things you love.
