Mandy Haigh – project and development manager

Mandy helped set up Leep1 ten years ago in 2010 and has been the driving force behind the organisation ever since.  Leep1’s exciting developments are down to her innovation and creative thinking and she always has our member’s wellbeing and needs at the centre of everything she does. She also looks after the whole team, motivating and supporting us to do our best and self-develop. Mandy also helps out in the cooking groups and other activities, she’s never afraid to get stuck into the washing up or get creative with the baking!

Beckie joined Leep1 in 2017 and is full of energy, passion and commitment. She knows how to make anything and everything fun! She has a great understanding of adults with learning disabilities and supports our members to be as independent as they can be. She is a huge team player and boosts the morale of the team with her positivity and joie de vivre. She likes to get things done and helps Mandy secure funding so Leep1 can continue to grow and run exciting projects for its members.

Paul joined the team in 2013. He has the biggest heart and is hugely popular with all the members. Paul runs most of the activities at Leep1 and supports our members in every aspect from practical to emotional support. If he’s not ‘out and about’ with the group he can often be found belting out a karaoke tune or being the Kahoot quizmaster at Leep1!
