If you enjoy sewing, then Creative Hands is the group for you! It takes place every Wednesday and focuses on needlework, knitting, cross stitch, tapestry and Upcycling.
This is a great way to develop your needle work skills, have fun and make new friends all at the same time.
Previous projects done by Creative Hands includes a fashion show during Learning Disability Week, where we upcycled old clothes and modelled them on a catwalk at Tiger Tiger nightclub.
If you love art, then this is the group for you! We have an art teacher that comes in every Thursday afternoon and teaches us new things every week.
Our art lessons consist of different activities which allow us to express
ourselves through art and enable us to use our imagination.
We have learnt different techniques of painting such as marble painting,
creating comics, outdoor painting as well as creating a book about anything we like!
