The categories in the awards are:

- Smile Award
- Creativity Award

We have made a nomination pack to help you name who you want to win this year. If you would like to nominate someone from Leep1 or Café Leep for an award, please download a copy of the pack by clicking on the button below.
Then, please fill in the form with as much information as you can. Once you have filled it in, please either:
- Email it to Hazel at [email protected], or
- Hand the completed form to Leep1/Café Leep support staff in Café Leep
