If the weather is nice we meet every Friday morning at Cragg Hill Baptist Church where we have our own allotment. We grow our own vegetables and use them to make delicious healthy meals. Tea and sandwiches with the local residents in the church hall also helps us to get to know our community better.
HEALTHY LIVING group
We round up our week at Leep1 with a fun health living class every Friday afternoon. Our fitness instructor helps us learn lots of diffrernt types of exercises from stretchs to boxing and we discuss ways to keep healthy with diet.
