Learning Disability Services at The Advonet Group are relaunching our Leep1 Inclusion for Employment (LIFE) Steering Group. This is a project to help people with learning disabilities keep a job and help their voice be heard at work.
This employment project includes:
- Training people with learning disabilities to become confident trainers
- Co-delivering employment self-advocacy training
- Creating self-advocacy resources for people with learning disabilities in work
- Creating resources for employers to help them be better at working with people with learning disabilities

This group is an opportunity for you to come and talk about what it has been like looking for work or being in work.
You will also be able to help shape the project and make sure the project is co-produced and as accessible as possible.
By joining this group, you will:

- Learn more about how to keep a job
- Learn more about how to speak up for yourself in employment
